摘要
针对煤化工废水难降解的有机物浓度高,尤其是酚类等富含表面活性物质的污染物浓度较高,容易引发泡沫污染的问题,探讨了生化池泡沫产生的原因,分析了泡沫污染的危害,比对了不同泡沫污染控制方式的优缺点,指出目前普遍使用的化学消泡剂的明显缺陷,提出"生化法+水喷淋"的物理生化组合优化方案。通过调控污泥浓度、溶解氧、喷淋时间等影响因素,不仅可以从源头减少泡沫的产生,将运行过程中的泡沫控制在合理范围内,同时还能有效降低运行成本,具有较大的节能经济效益。
In view of the high concentration of refractory organic compounds in coal chemical wastewater,the foam pol-lution occurred due to the high concentration of pollutants rich in surface active substances such as phenols.The causes of foam formation in biochemical pool were discussed and the harm of foam pollution was analyzed,while the advanta-ges and disadvantages of different foam pollution control methods were compared.Moreover,the obvious defects of chemical defoaming agents commonly used at present were pointed out,and the physical and biochemical combination optimization scheme of“biochemical method+water spray”was proposed.By adjusting the sludge concentration,dis-solved oxygen,spraying time and other influencing factors,not only the generation of foam can be reduced from the source,but also the foam in the operation process can be controlled within a reasonable range.And the operation cost can be reduced effectively as well,which brings us economic benefits by a large amount of energy saving.
