列车荷载在双块式无砟轨道中静态传递特征研究 被引量:6

摘要 为研究列车荷载在双块式无砟轨道中的传递规律,建立列车荷载静态传递规律精细化分析模型,分析荷载在双块式无砟轨道中的传递路径、范围及影响因素。研究结果表明:荷载在双块式无砟轨道中的传递分为上下2部分,道床板内为荷载扩展区,扩散角为20°左右,支承层内为荷载均化区,荷载分布已较为均匀;荷载传递范围及量值均随动力系数的增加而显著增大;混凝土强度等级增加,荷载扩展区承载范围减小;下部基础为桥梁或隧道时,荷载均化区分布范围更为集中,可以适当提高支承层内混凝土强度、优化宽度来提高轨道结构合理性和经济性。 In order to study the characteristics of train load transfer in the double-block ballastless track,the static analysis model of train load transfer was established,and the load transmission path,range and influencing factors in the double-block ballastless track were analyzed.The results show that the transfer process of wheel load in the ballastless track is divided into two parts.The load expansion zone is in the bed slab,of which diffusion angle is about 20°,and the load averaging zone is in the supporting layer,where the load distribution is relatively uniform.The load transfer range and magnitude increase significantly with increasing dynamic coefficient.The load-bearing range of load expansion zone decreases with increasing concrete strength grade.The distribution range of the load equalization area is more concentrated when the underlying foundation is a bridge or tunnel.It is possible to appropriately increase the strength of the concrete in the supporting layer and optimize the width to improve the rationality and economy of the track structure.
