摘要
新进教师是学校的新生力量,岗前培训对教师的职业生涯发展至关重要。近年来,为适应新时代高校教师队伍建设的需求,高校不断加强对新进教师的培训,同时培训过程也出现了种种问题。文章对高校教师岗前培训存在的问题进行剖析,从培训激励机制、培训计划、培训内容、培训形式和考核方式四方面提出相应的解决对策,旨在为促进我国高等教育的发展提供一定的借鉴。
New teachers are the neonatal force of a university.Pre-job training is very important to the career development of teachers.In recent years,in order to meet the demands of the construction of university teachers in the new era,the demand for new teachers’training in universities is increasing.Mean‐while,problems arise in the training process.This paper studies and analyzes the problems existing in the pre-job training for university teachers,and puts forward countermeasures from four aspects,such as incentive mechanism,training plan,training content,training form,and the evaluation mode.It has certain referential significance to promote the development of higher education in our country.
