临床病理科住院医师规范化培训的实践与体会

Practice and Experience of Standardized Training for Res⁃idents in Clinical Pathology Department

病理科住院医师规范化培训基地是为全国医疗机构输出合格的病理医生的源泉,因此制订严格的培训方案至关重要。广州医科大学附属第一医院临床病理科专业培训基地结合本院学科特色,通过实施严格的岗前学习培训、亚病理专科导师负责培训模式、科内病例汇报及小讲课、规培学员外院轮转学习、分子病理知识的培训及科研能力的培养等措施,建立了临床病理医师规范化培训及评价体系。医院病理科从多层面着手,制定系统化的规培方法及措施,在规定的时间内高质量地完成培训目标。

The standardized training base of pathology residents is the source of qualified pathologists for medical institutions of the whole country,so it is very important to establish a strict training program.The training program of clinical pathology residents of our hospital was developed according the subject characteristics of our hospital.Through the implementation of strict pre-job learning and training,the system of sub-pathology professional instructors responsible for training,case report and small lectures with the department,regular rotation at other hospitals,training in molecular pathology,and cultivation of scientific research ability,we established a standardized train‐ing and evaluation system for clinical pathologists.By working on multiple levels,we formulated systematic training methods and measures,in order to complete the training objectives with high quality within the limited time.
