化斑解毒汤联合局部刺络拔罐治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的疗效观察

Effect Observation of Huaban Jiedu Decoction Combined with Local Puncture and Cupping in the Treatment of Facial Hormone-Dependent Dermatitis

目的探究化斑解毒汤联合局部刺络拔罐在面部激素依赖性皮炎治疗中的应用价值。方法选取2019年4月—2020年5月期间于桂林市中医医院皮肤科接受诊治的92例面部激素依赖性皮炎患者,随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组46例。对照组给予他克莫司软膏联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予化斑解毒汤联合局部刺络拔罐治疗,两组均治疗4周。对比两组患者临床疗效,面部美观满意度,治疗安全性,治疗前后中医证候积分变化及生活质量评分改善情况。结果治疗后治疗组总有效率为95.56%(43/45),高于对照组81.82%(36/44),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后中医证候积分均较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后中医证候积分低于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组面部美观满意度为91.11%(41/45),高于对照组75.00%(33/44),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后生活质量评分均较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后生活质量评分低于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间,不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论化斑解毒汤联合局部刺络拔罐治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎安全有效,可有效缓解症状,提高患者面部美观满意度,促进生活质量改善。

Objective To explore the application value of Huaban Jiedu Decoction combined with local puncture cupping in the treatment of facial hormone-dependent dermatitis.Methods From April 2019 to May 2020,92 patients with facial hormone-dependent dermatitis who were diagnosed and treated in the Department of Dermatology of Guilin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tacrolimus ointment combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Huaban Jiedu decoction combined with local puncture cupping on this basis,both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,facial aesthetic satisfaction,treatment safety,changes of TCM syndrome score and improvement of quality of life(DLQI score)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.ResultsAfter treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.56%(43/45),which was higher than 81.82%(36/44)of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes of the two groups of patients after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of TCM syndromes of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment of the two groups of patients,the satisfaction degree of facial aesthetics in the treatment group was 91.11%(41/45),which was higher than that of the control group by 75.0%(33/44).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the two groups of patients after treatment were lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the quality of life scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment period,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion Huaban Jiedu Decoction combined with local puncture cupping is safe and effectivein the treatment of facial hormone-dependent dermatitis,which can effectively alleviate symptoms,improve patients′facial aesthetic satisfaction,and promote the improvement of quality of life.
