调神法结合舍曲林治疗抑郁症的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Depression with Tiaoshen Method Combined with Sertraline

目的观察调神法结合舍曲林(左洛复)治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法选取2017年1月—2018年10月期间于黑龙江中医药大学附属第二医院针灸科二诊室治疗的轻中度抑郁症患者82例,按随机数字表法分为药物组及针药组,每组41例。药物组采取单纯舍曲林进行治疗,针药组采用调神法针刺结合舍曲林治疗,两组患者均治疗6周。分别于治疗1、2、6周后采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD)24项及抑郁自评量表(Self-rating depression scale,SDS)对各组患者的抑郁程度进行评估。结果针药组在治疗1、2、6周后的HAMD评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);药物组在治疗1周后HAMD评分与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗2、6周后的HAMD评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。针药组在治疗1、2、6周后HAMD评分均优于药物组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。针药组在治疗1、2、6周后SDS评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);药物组在治疗1周后SDS评分与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗2、6周后SDS评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。针药组在治疗1、2、6周后SDS评分均优于药物组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后针药组总有效率81.08%(30/37)明显高于药物组68.57%(24/35),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论调神法结合舍曲林能够明显减轻患者的抑郁症状,起效快、治疗效果好。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the method of Tiaoshen method combined with sertraline(Zoloft)in the treatment of depression.Methods A total of 82 patients with mild to moderate depression who were treated in the second clinic of the Acupuncture Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to October 2018 were selected and divided into drug group and acupuncture group according to random number table,41 cases in each group.The drug group was treated with sertraline alone,and the acupuncture group was treated with Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with sertraline.The treatment course of both groups was 6 weeks.After 1,2,and 6 weeks of treatment,24 items of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)were used to evaluate the degree of depression of each group of patients.Result The scores of the acupuncture group after 1,2,and 6 weeks of treatment were lower than those before the treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The scores of the drug group after 1 week of treatment were compared with those before the treatment,there was no statistical difference Significance(P>0.05).However,the scores after 2 and 6 weeks of treatment were lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The HAMD scores of the acupuncture and medicine group were better than those of the medicine group after 1,2,and 6 weeks of treatment.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.01).The SDS scores of the acupuncture group after 1,2,and 6 weeks of treatment were lower than those before the treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);the SDS score of the drug group after 1 week of treatment was compared with that before the treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),but the SDS scores after 2 and 6 weeks of treatment were lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The SDS scores of the acupuncture and medicine groupwere better than those of the medicine group after 1,2,and 6 weeks of treatment.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,the total effective rate of the acupuncture group was 81.08%(30/37)was significantly higher than that of the drug group 68.57%(24/35).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tiaoshen method combined with sertraline can obviously relieve depressive symptoms of patients with rapid onset and good therapeutic effect.
