理论课堂-床边教学一体化教学模式下本科护生自主学习能力与评判性思维能力 被引量:5

Independent learning ability and critical thinking ability of undergraduate nursing students under the integrated teaching mode of theoretical classroom bedside teaching

摘要 目的构建"理论课堂-床边教学一体化"模式,探讨该模式下本科护生评判性思维能力与自主学习能力的现状。方法自2019年7-12月采取整群抽样的方法,抽取长春中医药大学护理学专业2017级学生86人,采用"理论课堂-床边教学一体化"教学模式,并对其进行评判性思维能力、自主学习能力的调查及结构访谈。结果自主学习能力总分(122.93±18.02)分,评判性思维能力总分(268.97±43.81)分,表明评判性思维精神气质为中性。结论"理论课堂-床边教学一体化"模式可以让学生早接触临床、早实践,激发学生临床学习的积极性,从而提升护生的自主学习能力和评判性思维能力。 Objective Under the mode of"theory classroom bedside teaching integration",this paper discusses the current situation of critical thinking ability and independent learning ability of undergraduate nursing students.Methods From July 2019 to December 2019,a total of 86 nursing students of grade 2017 from this university were selected by cluster sampling method.The teaching mode of"theory classroom bedside teaching integration"was adopted,and the investigation and structural interview on their critical thinking ability and independent learning ability were conducted.Results The scores of autonomous learning ability(122.93±18.02)and critical thinking ability(268.97±43.81)indicate that the critical thinking spirit was neutral.Conclusions The model of"theory classroom bedside teaching integration"can let the students contact the clinic and practice early,stimulate the enthusiasm of the students'clinical learning,so as to improve the independent learning ability and critical thinking ability of the nursing students.
