酵母多糖对仔猪生长性能、免疫力、抗氧化及肠道健康的影响 被引量:11

摘要 试验研究不同水平的酵母多糖对仔猪生长性能、免疫力、抗氧化及肠道健康的影响。选取400头21日龄的断奶仔猪,按照单因素随机试验设计,分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复20头猪。对照组仔猪饲喂基础日粮,试验组仔猪饲喂含有0.05%、0.10%、0.20%酵母多糖的日粮。预试期7 d,正式试验期28 d。结果显示,与对照组相比,0.10%酵母多糖组仔猪的末重显著升高(P<0.05),0.10%和0.20%的酵母多糖组仔猪的平均日增重显著升高(P<0.05),料重比显著降低(P<0.05)。酵母多糖组腹泻率极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。酵母多糖组免疫球蛋白M (IgM)含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,0.10%酵母多糖组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量显著降低(P<0.05),0.10%和0.20%酵母多糖组白细胞介素-10 (IL-10)含量显著升高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,0.10%和0.20%酵母多糖组仔猪血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著升高(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05),酵母多糖组谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性显著升高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,0.10%和0.20%酵母多糖组回肠中的沙门氏菌含量显著降低(P<0.05),大肠杆菌含量极显著降低(P<0.01),0.10%和0.20%酵母多糖组盲肠乳酸杆菌含量显著升高(P<0.05),沙门氏菌含量显著降低(P<0.05),酵母多糖组仔猪盲肠大肠杆菌含量极显著降低(P<0.01)。研究表明,酵母多糖可以有效改善仔猪的生长性能,增强免疫力和抗氧化功能,改善肠道健康,且最适添加量为0.1%。 The experiment studied the effect of different levels zymosan on growth performance, immunity,anti-oxidation and intestinal health of piglets. 400 weaned piglets at 21 days of age were selected and divided into four groups according to the single factor experiment design, with five replicates in each group and 20 piglets in each replicate. The piglets in control group were fed with basal feed, and the piglets in experimental groups were fed with diets containing 0.05%, 0.10% and 0.20% zymosan. The pre-test lasted for 7 d, and the formal test lasted for 28 d. The results showed that compared with control group, the final weight of piglet in 0.10% zymosan group was significantly increased(P<0.05), the average daily gain of piglet in 0.10% and 0.20% zymosan group was significantly increased(P<0.05), and the weight ratio was significantly decreased(P<0.05). The diarrhea rate of piglets in zymosan group was extremely lower than that of control group(P<0.01). The IgM content in zymosan group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the IL-6 content in 0.10% zymosan group was significantly decreased(P<0.05), the IL-10 content in 0.10% and 0.20% zymosan group was significantly increased(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the serum SOD activity in 0.10% and 0.20% zymosan group was significantly increased(P<0.05), and the content of MDA was significantly decreased(P<0.05), the serum GSH-Px activity in zymosan group was significantly increased(P<0.05). Compared with the control group,the number of Salmonella in ileum of 0.10% and0.20% zymosan groups was significantly reduced(P<0.05), and the number of Escherichia coli was extremely reduced(P<0.01), and the cecal Lactobacillus in 0.10% and 0.20% zymosan groups was significantly increased, the number of Salmonella was significantly reduced(P<0.05), and the content of Escherichia coli in cecum of zymosan group was extremely reduced(P<0.01). The experiment indicates that zymosan can improve the growth performance, immunity, antioxidant function and intestinal health of piglets, and the optimum amount is 0.10%.
