抗菌肽对断奶仔猪生长性能、腹泻率、抗氧化性及免疫功能的影响 被引量:18

Effect of antimicrobial peptides on growth performance,diarrhea rate,antioxidant performance and immune function of weaned piglets

摘要 试验研究不同剂量抗菌肽对断奶仔猪生长性能、腹泻率、抗氧化性和免疫功能的影响。选择120头断奶仔猪,随机分为4组(A组、B组、C组、D组),每组3个重复,每个重复10头仔猪。试验各组分别在基础日粮中添加0、0.1%、0.5%、1.0%抗菌肽。预试期7 d,正式试验期28 d。结果显示,与A组相比,B组仔猪的末重、平均日增重、平均日采食量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、免疫球蛋白G (IgG)含量显著升高(P<0.05),腹泻率、MDA含量均显著降低(P<0.05);C组、D组仔猪的末重、平均日增重、平均日采食量、SOD活性、总抗氧化力(T-AOC)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性、IgG含量、免疫球蛋白A (IgA)含量、白介素-2 (IL-2)含量均显著升高(P<0.05),料重比、腹泻率、MDA含量均显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,添加0.1%、0.5%和1.0%抗菌肽均可以提高断奶仔猪的生长性能,降低腹泻率,改善抗氧化和免疫功能;最适添加剂量为0.5%。 The experiment studied the effect of different dosage of antimicrobial peptides on growth performance,diarrhea rate,antioxidant performance and immune function of weaned piglets.120 weaned piglets were randomly divided into four groups(group A,group B,group C and group D),with three replicates in each group and ten piglets in each replicate.0,0.1%,0.5%and 1.0%antimicrobial peptides were added to the basic diet,respectively.The results showed that compared with group A,the final weight,average daily gain,average daily feed intake,SOD activity and IgG content of weaned piglets in group B were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the diarrhea rate and MDA content were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The final weight,average daily gain,average daily feed intake,SOD activity,T-AOC activity,GSH-Px activity,IgG content,IgA content and IL-2 content of weaned piglets in group C and group D were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the feed to weight ratio,diarrhea rate and MDA content were significantly decreased(P<0.05).The experiment indicates that adding 0.1%,0.5%and 1.0%antimicrobial peptides can significantly improve growth performance,reduce diarrhea rate,and improve antioxidant and immune functions.The optimal dosage is 0.5%.
