山豆根多糖对吉富罗非鱼的安全性试验 被引量:2

摘要 试验研究高于临床推荐剂量的山豆根多糖对罗非鱼的安全性。选择225尾罗非鱼,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每个重复15尾。对照组罗非鱼饲喂基础饵料,山豆根多糖组罗非鱼分别投喂含0.2%、0.6%、1.0%和2.0%山豆根多糖的饵料。试验期30 d。结果显示,0~15 d,各剂量山豆根多糖均能够促进罗非鱼的生长;16~30 d,各剂量组对罗非鱼的生长无显著作用(P>0.05)。1.0%山豆根多糖组的罗非鱼肝组织出现严重的空泡化,2.0%山豆根多糖组的肝细胞核偏移严重,说明高剂量的山豆根多糖会对罗非鱼肝组织造成一定损伤。研究表明,山豆根多糖以投料量0.6%以内应用到罗非鱼养殖中是安全无毒的。 The experiment studied the safety of Sophora subprosrate polysaccharides higher than the clinically recommended dose to GIFT Oreochromis niloticus.225 GIFT Oreochromis niloticus were selected and randomly divided into five groups,with three replicates in each group and 15 GIFT Oreochromis niloticus in each replicate.The GIFT Oreochromis niloticus in control group were fed with basic feed,and the GIFT Oreochromis niloticus in experimental group was supplemented with 0.2%,0.6%,1.0%,2.0%Sophora subprosrate polysaccharide in the diet.The test period lasted for 30 d.The results showed that during 0~15 d,mixed feeding of Sophora subprosrate polysaccharide can promote growth of GIFT Oreochromis niloticus,and during 16-30 d,each dose group has no significant effect on the growth of GIFT Oreochromis niloticus(P>0.05).The liver tissue of GIFT Oreochromis niloticus in 1.0%Sophora subprosrate polysaccharide dose group showed severe vacuolation and the hepatocyte nucleus in the 2.0%dose group was severely shifted,indicating that the Sophora subprosrate polysaccharide caused certain damage to the GIFT Oreochromis niloticus liver tissue.The experiment indicates that it is safe and non-toxic when applied to GIFT Oreochromis niloticus within 0.6%Sophora subprosrate polysaccharide.
