不同棕榈油对泰迪犬养分消化率、粪便及精神状态的影响

Effect of different types of palm oil on nutrient utilization,feces and mental state of teddy dogs

试验研究不同棕榈油对泰迪犬生长性能、养分消化率、粪便及精神状态的影响。选择48只同一品种、2~3月龄泰迪犬,随机分为3组,每组16个重复,公、母各半。对照组泰迪犬饲喂含8%豆油的基础日粮,试验1组和2组分别利用8%红棕榈油和8%普通棕榈油代替基础日粮中的豆油。预试期7d,正式试验期360d。结果显示,棕榈油可以显著提高泰迪犬对日粮中钙和磷的消化率,并显著提高第60 d时对脂肪和总能以及第150 d时对纤维和总能的消化率(P<〇.〇5),且红棕油效果好于普通棕榈油。棕榈油对泰迪犬的粪便成型评分无显著影响(P>0.05);棕榈油对泰迪犬的精神状态评分无显著影响(P>0.05),但有一定的改善作用。综上所述,棕榈油替代豆油可以改善泰迪犬的精神状态,提高泰迪犬的日粮灰分及钙磷消化,且红棕油效果优于普通棕榈油。

The experiment studied the effect of different types of palm oil on nutrient utilization,feces and mental state of teddy dogs.Forty—eight 2~3 months old teddy dogs of the same breed were selected and randomly divided into three groups with 16 replicates in each group,half in male and female.Teddy dogs in control group were fed with basal diet containing 8%soybean oil,and teddy dogs in experimental group 1 and group 2 were fed with basal diet supplemented with 8%red palm oil and 8%palm oil,respectively.The pre-test lasted for 7 d,and the experimental period lasted for 360 d.The results showed that palm oil significantly increased the digestibility of calcium and phosphorus,fat and gross energy at the 60th day and fiber and gross energy at the 150th day(P<0.05),and the effect of red palm oil was better than that of normal palm oil.Palm oil had no significant effect on fecal molding score of teddy dogs(P>0.05).Palm oil had no significant effect on the mental state score of teddy dogs(P>0.05).The experiment indicates that the replacement of soybean oil with palm oil can improve the mental state,crude ash,calcium and phosphorus digestion of teddy dogs,and the effect of red palm oil is better than that of ordinary palm oil.
