摘要
研究利用粉末压片-能量色散X射线荧光光谱(ED-XRF)法测定鱼粉中铬、镉、砷、汞、铅含量,,选用自制的标准样品制作标准曲线。结果显示,各待测元素的浓度范围为0.215〜17.096 mg/kg,均获得较好的线性关系。采用外标法定量测定鱼粉中的5种重金属,各元素的检出限分别为1.16、0.56、0.34、0.20、0.92 mg/kg,用加标样品进行准确度和精密度考察,ED-XRF法的加标回收率为78.7%〜98.8%,相对标准偏差为(RSD,n=11)1.1%〜4.6%,各元素的测定结果与电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测量值一致。研究表明,研究为饲料质量安全监管提供一种快速、经济、环保的技术手段。
A method for the determination of chromium,cadmium,arsenic,mercury and lead in imported fish meals by energy dispersive X-Ray fluorescence spectrometry(ED-XRF)was developed with powder pelleting preparation.Use self-made standard samples to make the standard curve.The results showed that calibration curves of all elements exhibited a good linearity from 0.215 to 17.096 mg/kg.The quantity of the five heavy metals in fish meals was determined by external standard method.The detection limit of Cr,Cd,As,Hg and Pb in the solution were 1.16,0.56,0.34,0.20 and 0.92 mg/kg,the recovery rate was 78.7%~98.8%,and the precision(RSD,n=11)was 1.1%~4.6%.The results analyzed by the methods were consistent with those obtained by ICP-MS.The experiment indicates that determination of five heavy metals in imported fish meals by ED-XRF provides a rapid,cheap and environmental sustainable means of the feed quality safety supervision.
