济源市2015-2019年流行性腮腺炎流行病学特征

Epidemiological characteristics of mumps in Jiyuan city,2015-2019

目的分析济源市2015-2019年流行性腮腺炎(流腮)流行病学特征。方法通过全国传染病报告信息管理系统收集济源市2015-2019年流腮报告病例,描述性分析流腮发病特征。结果2015-2019年济源市共报告流腮2616例,年均发病率为73.88/10万,各年发病率在2015年的5.09/10万至2018年的258.64/10万之间;0-4岁、5-9岁、10-14岁、≥15岁人群年均发病率分别为64.50/10万(157例,6.00%)、422.07/10万(996例,38.07%)、571.16/10万(1247例,47.67%)、7.60/10万(216例,8.26%);在0-14岁儿童病例中接种1剂含流腮成分疫苗(MuCV)的病例占91.63%(2199/2400),其中接种后≤2年、3-5年、≥6年发病分别占5.55%、10.23%、84.22%。结论济源市2015-2019年流腮发病以5-14岁儿童为主且2018年疫情高发;建议儿童在4-6岁时增加接种1剂MuCV。

Objective To analyze epidemiological characteristics of mumps in Jiyuan city from 2015 to 2019.Methods We obtained data on mumps cases that were reported to the National Infectious Disease Reporting Information Management System during 2015-2019 in Jiyuan and conducted a descriptive analysis of the incidence of mumps.Results A total of 2616 mumps cases were reported during 2015-2109 in Jiyuan,for an average annual incidence of 73.88 cases per 100000 population.The annual incidence per 100000 ranged from 5.09 in 2015 to 258.64 in 2018.Average annual incidences per 100000 for 0-4-,5-9-,10-14-,and≥15-year-olds were 64.50(157 cases,6.00%),422.07(996 cases,38.07%),571.16(1247 cases,47.67%),and 7.60(216 cases,8.26%),respectively;91.63%(2199/2400)of 0-14-year-old cases had received 1 dose of mumps containing vaccine(MuCV),among which 5.55%,10.23%,and 84.22%of cases occurred≤2,3-5,and≥6 years after vaccination.Conclusions The incidence of mumps was high among 5-14-year-old children during 2015-2019 in Jiyuan with the highest incidence in 2018.We suggest an additional dose of mumps-containing vaccine at 4-6 years of age.
