“能源互联网+农村能源”典型场景、商业模式及成本价值核算研究 被引量:9

摘要 农村能源是发展农村经济、保障农业生产和农民生活的重要源泉,是实现我国构建新能源为主体的新型电力系统和“3060”碳中和战略目标的重要一环。首先,基于对能源互联网和农村能源助推耦合关系的分析,设计了能源互联网背景下农村能源发展的典型框架,提出了多能互补的实现方案;其次,从全产业链的角度,设计了农村能源多阶段市场化商业模式;然后,在理清农村能源开发多主体利益流动关系的基础上,以投建者为主体,构建了农村能源开发成本价值核算模型;最后,选取某一典型场景,进行成本价值实例测算及敏感性分析。结果表明:开发农村能源具有一定的难度,需充分发挥供需两侧能动性,用户侧参与需求响应,提高供需匹配度,供能侧开发全产业链,完善商业模式盈利途径。 Rural energy is an important source for developing the rural economy,ensuring agricultural production and farmers’lives,and also an important link in realizing my country’s construction of a new power system with new energy as the main body and the realization of the"3060"carbon neutral strategic goal.First,based on the analysis of the coupling relationship between the energy Internet and the rural energy industry boosting,the typical framework of the rural energy under the background of the energy Internet was designed,and the multi-energy complementary realization plan was proposed.Secondly,from the perspective of the entire industry chain,this paper designed a multi-stage market-oriented business model for the rural energy.Then,on the basis of clarifying the interest flow relationship of multiple entities in the rural energy,with investors as the main body,a cost value accounting model for the rural energy industry and a value distribution model considering the contribution of multiple entities were constructed.Finally,a typical scenario was selected,the cost value instance was calculated,and the sensitivity analysis was performed.The results show that the development of rural energy has a certain degree of difficulty.It is necessary to give full play to the initiative of both sides of supply and demand,and the user side participates in demand response to enhance the matching degree of supply and demand;the energy supply side develops the entire industry chain and improves the profit path of the business model.
