摘要
数字化时代为高校就业引导工作同时带来机遇和挑战,数字化参与文化是高校就业引导的新视域,也在就业市场、学生择业观、就业引导功能发挥方面产生消极影响。针对数字化参与文化对能源领域就业引导的"遮蔽",高校就业引导工作者应根据数字化参与文化在参与主体、功能属性角度与就业引导工作的契合向育人途径、育人过程、育人目标回归,用好网络阵地、构建权威话语体系、寻求"解蔽"手段,从而做好能源领域就业引导工作。
The digital age has brought both opportunities and challenges to the employment guidance work of colleges and universities.The digital participation culture is a new vision of employment guidance in colleges and universities,and it also has a negative impact on the job market,students’outlook on career choice,and employment guidance.Aiming at the"concealment"of the digital participation culture on employment guidance in the energy sector,college employment guidance workers should return to the education path,the education process,and the education goal based on the fit of the digital participation culture in the participation subject,functional attributes and employment guidance work.Make good use of the network position,build an authoritative discourse system,and seek"uncovering"means,so as to do a good job in guiding employment in the energy field.
