摘要
随着无边界职业生涯时代的来临,越来越多的大学毕业生处于生涯未决状态,出现频繁"跳槽"的现象。本文在特质定向理论、社会学习理论和认知信息加工理论的基础上,按照明晰职业兴趣、探索工作世界、寻求职业方向的思路对一位受生涯未决问题困扰的大学毕业生提供四阶段的生涯咨询,分析"跳槽"的原因,调整其不合理信念,并引导其发现适合自己的职业。通过对本案例的分析,为大学生的择业问题提供新的咨询思路,也有助于大学生更自如地应对职业世界的变化。
With the advent of the borderless career era,more and more college students are in the state of career indecision,there is a phenomenon of frequent"job-hopping".Based on the characteristics of the directional theory,social learning theory and cognitive information processing theory,on the basis of according to explore vocational interest,explore the world,the thinking of seeking career direction for a career as a pending problem of university graduates with four stages of career counseling,analyses the reason of"job-hopping",adjusting the unreasonable belief,and guide its find suits own occupation.Through the analysis of this case,it provides a new way of consulting for college students’career choice,and also helps college students to deal with the changes of the career world more freely.
