医护一体化在淋巴瘤患者全程管理中的效果研究

Efficacy of integrated medical care in the whole course management of lymphoma patients

目的探讨医护一体化在淋巴瘤患者全程管理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年8月至2020年8月间青岛大学附属青岛市中心医院收治的260例淋巴瘤患者,采用随机抽签法分为观察组和对照组,每组130例。观察组患者采用医护一体化管理模式,对照组患者采用常规护理模式,比较两组患者干预前后焦虑和抑郁评分情况。结果治疗前,两组患者焦虑及抑郁情绪评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者焦虑及抑郁评分均下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论淋巴瘤患者采用医护一体化管理模式,可改善患者负面情绪,积极配合治疗,改善疾病预后。

Objective To explore the efficacy and value of integrated medical care in the overall management of patients with lymphoma in the department of hematology.Methods A total of 260 patients with lymphoma admitted to Qingdao Central Hospital Affiliated to Qingdao University were selected from August 2018 to August 2020,and they were divided into two groups by random drawing,namely an observation group and a control group with 130 patients in each group.The observation group was given integrated medical care in the overall management and the control group was given conventional nursing.Anxiety and depression scores were compared between the two groups,and anxiety self-rating scale and depression self-rating scale were used for evaluation.Results Before the treatment,the anxiety and depression emotion scores in the observation group were not statistically different from those of the control group(P>0.05).After the treatment,the scores of anxiety and depression decreased in both groups and the scores were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated medical care management can improve negative emotions,enable active cooperation with treatment,and improve prognosis in patients with hematological lymphoma.
