改性菠萝皮对水中Cu^(2+)吸附性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 用NaOH作为活化剂,对菠萝皮粉进行浸泡制得改性菠萝皮,并以此为吸附剂用于吸附废水中的Cu^(2+)。通过吸附实验,考察Cu^(2+)初始浓度、吸附剂用量和吸附温度等因素对改性菠萝皮吸附水中Cu^(2+)性能的影响,通过吸附等温线和吸附动力学分析吸附机理。试验表明,用浓度为0.5 mol/L的NaOH浸泡2 h所制备的菠萝皮吸附剂对Cu^(2+)具有很好的吸附性能,当Cu^(2+)的初始浓度为100 mg/L、吸附剂用量为5 g/L、吸附温度为25℃、吸附时间为1 h、pH值为6时,吸附效果最佳。通过吸附等温线和动力学试验研究表明,改性菠萝皮对Cu^(2+)的吸附等温线符合Langmuir吸附等温式,吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型。该研究结果可为吸附重金属废水提供参考。 A sort of modified pineapple peel by using NaOH as activating agent was used asadsorbent for removal of Cu^(2+) from aqueous solution.The influences of initial concentration,dosage,pH,adsorption time and reaction temperature were investigated on adsorption properties through dynamic tests.Adsorption isotherm models and kinetics models of the adsorption process between modified pineapple peel and Cu^(2+) were systematically studied.The results showed that the optimal adsorption process was as follows:the initial concentration of Cu^(2+) 100 mg/L,adsorbent dosage 5 g/L,adsorption temperature 25℃,adsorption time 1 h and pH 6.According to adsorption isotherms and kinetics experiments,adsorption mechanism of Cu^(2+) was more in line with the Langmuir model and the pseudo-second-order kinetic model.The results can provide references for the adsorption of heavy metal containing waste water.
