现代流通体系构建中的供应链转型与创新:内在逻辑与现实路径 被引量:5

摘要 现代流通体系在国民经济中发挥着先导性和基础性作用,是构建内循环的重要支撑;供应链体系与现代流通体系有着内在的逻辑联系,是现代流通体系的重要依附和支撑。现代流通体系的运行过程与供应链全链条高度重合,现代流通过程的顺畅需要供应链体系提供服务支撑,现代流通体系的效率更源于供应链体系的高效顺畅与协调。内循环视角下现代流通体系的构建,需要供应链体系的创新与赋能,形成与现代流通体系相匹配的三大能力:适应流通高质量发展的创新和可持续能力、适应国际流通环境不确定性的韧性和安全保障能力、适应新一轮流通产业数字化变革的柔性与转型能力。基于此,供应链的赋能创新应从内在机制、运行模式、功能深化以及社会责任等方面找寻现实路径。 The modem circulation system plays a leading and fundamental role in the national economy and provides important support for the construction of internal circulation.The supply chain system has an internal logical connection with modem circulation system,and is the important dependency and support of modem circulation system.The operation process of modem circulation system is highly coincident with the whole supply chain.The unobstructed operation of modem circulation process requires the supply chain system to provide service support,and in turn,the efficiency of the modem circulation system comes from the efficiently unobstructed and coordinated supply chain system.From the perspective of internal circulation,the construction of modem circulation system needs the innovation and empowerment of the supply chain to form three abilities:the innovation ability and the sustainability to adapt to the high-quality development of circulation,the tenacity and the safety capability to respond to the uncertainty of intemational circulation environment,the flexibility and the transformative capacity to adapt to another new round of digital transformation of circulation industry.Based on this,the empowerment and innovation of supply chain should find a realistic path from the aspects of internal mechanism,operation mode,function deepening and social responsibility.
