Research on the Construction of Cultural Innovation in Higher Vocational Colleges Under the"Double High Plan"

高职院校文化建设是高职院校内涵式发展的关键点,更是中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设的重要内容。通过分析高职院校文化建设现状,确定高职院校文化建设目标和建设思路,从精神文化建设、物质文化建设、制度文化建设和行为文化建设四个方面着手,探究“双高计划”下高职院校文化创新建设的途径。

The cultural construction of higher vocational colleges is the key point of the connotative development of higher vocational colleges,and it is also an important content of the construction of high-level higher vocational colleges and specialties with Chinese characteristics.By analyzing the current situation of cultural construction in higher vocational colleges,this paper determines the goals and ideas of cultural construction in higher vocational colleges,and studies the ways of cultural innovation construction in higher vocational colleges under the"Double High Plan"from four aspects,spiritual culture construction,material culture construction,institutional culture construction and behavioral culture construction.
