摘要 CT目前已成为诊断甲状腺疾病良恶性的主要影像学方法。但部分良性结节的CT影像特征易与恶性结节重叠,导致临床诊断困难。CT纹理分析作为一种新兴影像定量分析预测方法,已被用于鉴别脑部、乳腺、肾脏等处肿瘤的良恶性。因此,本文就CT纹理分析在甲状腺结节中的鉴别诊断价值进行了阐述。 CT has become the main imaging method in the diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid diseases.However,the CT features of some benign nodules are easy to overlap with malignant nodules,which makes the clinical diagnosis difficult.As a new image quantitative analysis and prediction method,CT texture analysis has been used to identify benign and malignant tumors in brain,breast and kidney.Therefore,in this paper,CT texture analysis in the differential diagnosis of thyroid nodules were described.
