摘要
先天性心脏病(CHD)是婴幼儿阶段较为常见的心血管疾病之一,及时确诊病情、积极对症治疗是保障CHD患者疗效及预后的关键。但CHD种类繁多、病情复杂、发病原因差异性大,因此给临床诊断工作造成一定困难。CHD目前的诊断手段主要分为有创、无创两大类,本文将着重探讨先天性心脏病的影像学检查方法及应用价值,目的在于为今后临床医生接诊疑似CHD患者能够合理取舍检查措施提供可靠参考依据。
Congenital heart disease(CHD)is one of the most common cardiovascular diseases in infants.Timely diagnosis and active symptomatic treatment are the key to ensure the curative effect and prognosis of CHD patients.However,there are many kinds of CHD,complicated conditions and different causes,so it is difficult to make clinical diagnosis.The current diagnostic methods of CHD are mainly divided into invasive and non-invasive.This paper will focus on the imaging examination methods and application value of congenital heart disease.The purpose of the study is to provide reliable reference for clinicians to accept suspected CHD patients in the future.
