冠脉CTA在冠心病患者临床诊断中的应用价值分析

Application value of coronary CTA in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease

目的:探讨冠脉CTA在冠心病临床诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取我院2018年1月-2020年12月收治的93例疑似冠心病患者,入院后给予冠脉CTA及冠脉造影检查,比较两种诊断方法的检查结果及预测效能。结果:93例患者中,冠脉造影诊断出冠心病83例,检出率89.25%;冠脉CTA诊断出冠心病82例,检出率88.17%,两种诊断方法诊断一致性良好(Kappa=0.732);冠脉CTA的诊断准确率为94.62%(88/93),漏诊率3.61%(3/83),灵敏度达到96.39%(80/83)、特异度为80.00%(8/10),具有良好的预测效能。结论:冠脉CTA检查对冠心病的诊断准确率高,具有重要的诊断价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of coronary artery CTA in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 93 patients with suspected coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected.Coronary artery CTA and coronary angiography were performed after admission,and the results and predictive efficacy of the two diagnostic methods were compared.Results Among the 93 patients,83 cases were diagnosed with CHD by coronary angiography,the detection rate was 89.25%.82 cases of coronary heart disease were diagnosed with coronary artery CTA,and the detection rate was 88.17%.The diagnostic consistency of the two diagnostic methods was good(Kappa=0.732).The diagnostic accuracy of coronary CTA was 94.62%(88/93),the rate of missed diagnosis was 3.61%(3/83),the sensitivity was 96.39%(80/83),and the specificity was 80.00%(8/10),indicating good predictive performance.Conclusion Coronary artery CTA examination has high diagnostic accuracy and important diagnostic value for coronary heart disease.
