摘要
产业结构的调整使制造业对产品的要求越来越高,特别是一些异形复杂螺纹零件,表现尤为突出。课题组针对经济型数控车床变距螺纹加工功能缺失的问题,通过宏程序编程解决了这一障碍,有效地提高了企业的生产效率和经济效益。
The adjustment of industrial structure makes the manufacturing industry have higher and higher requirements for products,especially some special-shaped complex thread parts.Aiming at the lack of variable pitch thread processing function of economic NC lathe,our research group solves this obstacle through macro programming,and effectively improves the production efficiency and economic benefits of enterprises.
