治沟造地项目工程实践——以南泥湾九龙泉土地整治项目为例

Engineering Practice of Gully Control and Land Reconstruction Project-Take Nanniwan Jiulongquan Land Improvement Project as an Example

延安南泥湾地区水土流失严重,生态环境不断恶化,但其土壤质量好、肥力高,是优质的耕地后备资源,具有极大的可开发价值。南泥湾地区进行土地整治,有利于实现耕地总量动态平衡,促进乡村振兴。工程实践证明,通过土地综合整治,有效改善了项目区农业生态环境,基本控制了水土流失,耕地质量大大提高;全面提升了基本农田生产能力,实现了耕地数量、质量和生态协调发展的总体目标。

The Nanniwan area of Yan'an has serious soil erosion and the ecological environment is continuously deteriorating.However,its soil quality and soil fertility are high.It is a high-quality reserve resource for cultivated land,which has great development value.Land consolidation in this area is conducive to realizing the dynamic balance of the total cultivated land and promoting rural revitalization.Engineering practice has proved that through comprehensive land improvement,the agricultural ecological environment in the project area has been effectively improved,soil erosion has been basically controlled,and the quality of cultivated land has been greatly improved,and the productive capacity of the basic farmland has been comprehensively enhanced,the overall goal of coordinated development of cultivated land in quantity,quality and ecology has been achieved.
