摘要 针对石油钻井设备中的新型密封圈,运用ABAQUS软件模拟密封圈密封工作情况,对新型密封圈的密封性能进行分析,并通过采取控制变量法研究密封圈的压缩位移、压差、橡胶硬度等参数对新型密封圈的密封性能的影响规律。结果表明:新型密封圈在工作过程中随着压缩位移量的增加,密封面接触应力先减小后增加;随着密封圈两侧压差、橡胶硬度的增加,接触面接触应力也随之增加。因此,选择合适的压缩位移、压差、橡胶硬度对密封圈获得可靠的密封性能非常重要。 Aiming at the new sealing ring in oil drilling equipment,the sealing performance of the new sealing ring is analyzed by using ABAQUS software to simulate the sealing condition of the sealing ring,and the influence law of the compression displacement,pressure difference,rubber hardness and other parameters of the sealing ring on the sealing performance of the new sealing ring is studied by adopting the control variable method.The results show that:with the increase of the compression displacement,the contact stress of the sealing surface first decreases and then increases.With the increase of the pressure difference between the two sides of the sealing ring and the rubber hardness,the contact stress of the contact surface also increases.Therefore,it is very important to select the appropriate compression displacement,pressure difference and rubber hardness for the seal ring to obtain reliable sealing performance.
