摘要 螺旋管式热交换器结构特殊,其设计、校核、计算与常规管壳式热交换器不同。介绍了1台小型螺旋管式热交换器的设计过程与设计成果,包括设计基础参数、总体结构、换热管布置、换热管出入口管孔布置、管束支撑结构及选材方案、主要承压结构强度核算以及螺旋管束流致振动分析计算。计算和校核结果表明,热交换器强度满足设计要求,螺旋管束不会发生流致振动。该小型螺旋管式热交换器投用后运行状态良好。 The spiral tube heat exchanger has a special structure,and its design,verification and calculation are different from conventional shell and tube heat exchangers.The design process and design results of a small spiral tube heat exchanger are introduced,including design basic parameters,overall structure,heat exchange tube layout,heat exchange tube inlet and outlet tube hole layout,tube bundle support structure,and material selection plan,and main pressure structure strength calculation,as well as the analysis and calculation of the vibration caused by the spiral tube bundle.The calculation and checking results show that the strength of the heat exchanger meets the design requirements and the flow induced vibration does not occur in the spiral tube bundles.The small spiral tube heat exchanger is in good operating condition after being put into use.
