压缩机组轴承静电腐蚀及应对策略

摘要 介绍了海洋石油富岛股份有限公司尿素装置二氧化碳压缩机组监测到的运行参数异常情况和拆机检查发现的设备磨损情况。确定设备磨损的原因为静电腐蚀,分析了静电腐蚀产生的机理及现象,总结了诊断压缩机组静电腐蚀故障的测量电刷电流方法及监测转子状态图谱方法,提出了预防机组轴承静电腐蚀策略。 The abnormal operation parameters of the carbon dioxide compressor unit in the urea plant of CNOOC Fudao Limited were introduced.The wearing of equipment was found during the dismantling inspection.It is determined that the cause of equipment wear is electrostatic corrosion.The process mechanism and phenomenon of electrostatic corrosion were analyzed.The methods of measuring brush current and monitoring rotor state graph for diagnosing electrostatic corrosion fault of compressor unit were summarized.The strategies for preventing electrostatic corrosion of bearing were put forward.
