摘要
目的:探讨应用球囊辅助技术帮助指引导管通过桡动脉夹层段的可行性和安全性。方法:回顾性分析2016年1月至2019年12月在广西医科大学第一附属医院等7家医院住院治疗的76例冠心病患者在经桡动脉路径行冠状动脉介入过程中发生桡动脉损伤引起夹层时,应用球囊辅助技术帮助指引导管通过夹层段的成功率、手术并发症和预后情况。结果:74例行冠状动脉介入治疗患者的指引导管能顺利通过桡动脉夹层段,2例患者因导丝进入假腔未成功,成功率为97.4%;手术过程需要平均耗时约3 min左右;住院期间无严重出血并发症和支架内血栓事件发生。结论:经桡动脉路径行冠状动脉介入发生血管损伤夹层时应用球囊辅助技术可安全有效地帮助指引导管通过血管损伤夹层段并继续行冠状动脉介入治疗。
Objective:To explore the feasibility and safety of a guide catheter passing through radial artery dissection during percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)via radial artery access by the aid of balloon-assisted tracking(BAT).Methods:The clinical data of 76 patients with coronary artery disease undergoing PCI via radial artery access with radial artery dissection were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Guiding catheters of 74 patients were delivered through the dissection vessels successfully by the aid of BAT,but 2 patients had failed deliveries.The success rate was 97.4%.The passing time of BAT was approximately 3 minutes.No serious bleeding complications and stent thrombosis occurred during hospitalization.Conclusion:It was safe and feasible for passing the guiding catheter through the dissection vessels during PCI via radial artery access by the aid of balloon-assisted tracking.
