重组人干扰素α-2b喷雾剂联合热毒宁注射液治疗儿童手足口病的临床观察

Clinical observation of interferonα-2b spray combined with Reduning injection in the treat⁃ment of hand,foot and mouth disease in children

目的:探讨重组人干扰素α-2b联合热毒宁注射液治疗儿童手足口病的临床疗效及对血清炎性因子[C-反应蛋白(CRP)]和心肌酶谱[乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)]的影响。方法:选取梧州市工人医院儿科2015年5月至2020年12月收治的2岁以上手足口病患儿160例,按不同治疗时段分为对照组和观察组,每组80例。对照组患儿行热毒宁注射液治疗,观察组患儿在对照组基础上加用重组人干扰素α-2b喷雾剂治疗,比较两组治疗前后临床症状体征、血清炎性因子(CRP)和心肌酶谱(LDH、CK、CK-MB)的水平。结果:治疗后,观察组体温恢复正常时间、皮疹消退和炎性红晕变淡时间、口腔溃疡愈合时间及住院时间均明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患儿血清炎性因子、心肌酶谱水平较治疗前均有明显下降,且观察组下降更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:干扰素联合热毒宁治疗儿童手足口病可改善患者临床症状体征,降低儿童手足口病血清炎性因子水平和心肌酶谱水平,有助于康复,值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of recombinant human interferonα-2b combined with Reduning injection in treatment of hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD)in children and the effects on serum inflammatory factor CRP and cardiac enzymes LDH,CK and CK-MB.Methods:A total of 160 children over 2 years old with HFMD treated in our hospital from May 2015 to December 2020 were selected,and divided into a control group and an observation group according to different treatment periods,with 80 cases in each group.The children in the control group were treated with Reduning injection,and children in the observation group were treated as the control group with addition of recombinant human interferonα-2b spray.The levels of clinical symptoms and signs,serum inflammatory factor CRP and myocardial enzymes LDH,CK and CK-MB before and after treatment between the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,temperature recovery time,deflorescence time,inflammatory redness fading time,oral ulcers healing time and hospital days in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The serum inflammatory factors and myocardial enzymes levels were decreased significantly in both groups,and the decrease was more significant in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Interferon combined with Reduning can improve clinical symptoms and signs,reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factor CRP and myocardial enzymein children with HFMD,and contribute to recovery,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
