摘要
本研究使用《大学生职业心理素质问卷》和《大学生职业价值取向问卷》对部分2020届毕业生进行调查。结果显示,大学生职业心理素质总体处于中等水平,在性别和专业满意度方面不存在显著差异;在生源地、独生子女、学生干部、兼职实习情况、家庭经济状况和家庭教养方式方面存在显著差异。大学生职业心理素质与职业价值取向及各维度都存在不同程度相关,目的职业价值取向和自我取向对大学生职业心理素质具有显著预测作用,说明提升大学生职业价值取向能够促进其职业心理素质的发展。本研究从构建新媒体机制、鼓励企业提供实习岗位、营造良好家庭环境、创新教育体系、激发朋辈力量五个方面提出建议与对策。
The purpose of this study is to investigate the vocational psychological quality of college students and the vocational value orientation of college students.The results showed that the vocational psychological quality of college students was in the middle level,and there was no significant difference in gender and professional satisfaction.There were significant differences in the places of origin,only-child,student cadres,part-time internship,family economic status and family upbringing.The vocational psychological quality of college students is related to the vocational value orientation and various dimensions in different degree,and the vocational value orientation and self-orientation of purpose have significant predictive effect on the vocational psychological quality of college students.It shows that promoting the vocational value orientation of college students can promote the development of their vocational psychological quality.And from the construction of new media mechanism,encourage enterprises to provide internship,create a good family environment,innovative education system,inspire peer power five aspects of education proposals and countermeasures.
