摘要
中国共产党在百年历程中形成的关于马克思主义中国化的实践语汇,提供了我们理解中国之治的重要窗口。这套治理语汇围绕民主、发展、安全与世界秩序等现代治理的核心要素不断演进,通过解放思想、实事求是、与时俱进、求真务实的治理韧性不断创新治理观念与制度方案。中国共产党在治理语汇的发展实践中,聚焦时代问题和任务,以治理效能为导向,采用包含外来先进文化与理论、传统中国思想和未来愿景的符号体系,探索平衡对立面的复合型治理机制,不断依托政党学习推进国家治理体系与能力的更新,从而实现治理效能的提升。
The practical vocabulary of Sinicization of Marxism formed by the Communist Party of China in the course of one hundred years provides an important window to understand governance in China.This set of vocabulary constantly evolves around the core elements of modern governance,such as democracy,development,security and world order.Through resilience of emancipating the mind,seeking truth from facts,keeping pace with the times and being realistic and pragmatic,it constantly innovates governance concepts and institutional schemes.In the discourse practice of governance,the Communist Party of China focuses on issues and tasks of the times,takes the governance efficiency as the guidance,adopts the symbol system including advanced culture and theory from abroad,traditional Chinese thought and future vision,explores the compound governance mechanism of balancing the opposite,and constantly relies on the party learning to realize the renewal of the national governance system and capacity,so as to improve the efficiency of governance.
