桂平市农用地整治潜力评价

Evaluation on the Potential of Agricultural Land Rehabilitation in Guiping City

通过开展桂平市农用地整治潜力研究,达到合理利用耕地、保护生态环境、提高耕地质量、集约节约用地、提高土地利用效率的目的。从土地利用率、土地利用程度、农用地整治迫切度3个维度选取7个指标建立评价指标体系,对数据进行标准化后使用熵权法确定各指标权重,最终建立综合评价模型,对2016年桂平市农用地整治潜力进行评价。结果表明,桂平市农用地整治Ⅰ级潜力区占桂平市耕地总面积的14.70%;Ⅱ级潜力区占桂平市耕地总面积的57.46%;Ⅲ级潜力区占桂平市耕地总面积的16.26%;Ⅳ级潜力区占桂平市耕地总面积的11.58%。桂平市在农用地整治过程中应结合土地优势条件,进行针对性分区分级整治,从而提高整治效率。

By carrying out research on the improvement potential of agricultural land in Guiping City,in order to achieve the purpose of rational use of cultivated land,protection of ecological environment,improvement of cultivated land quality,intensive land use and improvement of land use efficiency.Seven indicators were selected from the three dimensions of land utilization,land use,and urgency of agricultural land consolidation to establish an evaluation index system.After standardizing the data,the entropy method was used to determine the weight of each index,and finally a comprehensive evaluation model was established.The city’s agricultural land consolidation potential is evaluated.The research results show that the level I potential area of agricultural land consolidation in Guiping City accounts for 14.70%of the total cultivated land area of Guiping City;the level II potential area accounts for 57.46%of the total cultivated area of Guiping City;the level III potential area accounts for 16.26%of the total cultivated area of Guiping City;level IV potential area accounts for 11.58%of the total cultivated land in Guiping City.In the process of remediation of agricultural land,Guiping City should combine the advantages of land and carry out targeted division and grading remediation,so as to improve the remediation efficiency.
