安徽省克氏原螯虾白斑综合征病毒和虾虹彩病毒检测及分析

Analysis and Detection of White Spot Syndrome Virus and Shrimp Hemocyte Iridescent Virus of Procambarus clarkii in Anhui

2020年检测安徽省滁州、安庆和合肥的20个稻田养殖的200只克氏原螯虾(Procambarus clarkii)鳃组织中白斑综合征病毒和虾虹彩病毒,结果发现白斑综合征病毒阳性检出率为97.5%,病毒含量达106拷贝/mg的检出率与克氏原螯虾死亡率呈正相关。虾虹彩病毒阳性检出率为13%,只在滁州的3个和合肥的2个稻田的养殖虾中检出。

Detection of white spot syndrome virus and shrimp hemocyte iridescent virus was performed in 200 red swamp crayfish(Procambarus clarkii)from20 paddy fields in Chuzhou,Anqing,Hefei of Anhui Province in 2018.The results showed that the positive rate of WSSV in gill tissue of crayfish was 97.5%.The detection rate of 106 WSSV copies/mg gill tissue was positively correlated with the mortality rate of crayfish.The positive rate of shrimp hemocyte iridescent virus in crayfish was 13%,and was only detected positively in crayfish from^(3)paddy fields in Chuzhou and 2 paddy fields in Hefei.
