新时代乡村文明建设中德治的路径建构

The Path Construction of the Rule of Virtue in the Construction of Rural Civilization in the New Era

促进乡村全面振兴是新时代我国经济社会发展的重大战略,乡村文明建设对于推动乡村全面振兴意义重大。分析了在工业化、城市化的进程中当前乡村文明的建设现状,指出了存在建设主体“空心化”、农村传统美德受到冲击、农村优秀传统道德文化资源继承和保护不到位等问题,以及产生这些问题的原因,追溯了德治在我国的历史渊源,明确了德治在当前我国乡村文明建设中的现实意蕴和重要作用,提出了新时代乡村文明建设中德治的实现路径。

Promoting the overall revitalization of rural areas is a great strategy for China’s economic and social development in the new era,and the construction of rural civilization is of great significance to promote the overall rural revitalization.This paper analyzes the present situation of the construction of rural civilization in the process of industrialization and urbanization,it points out that there are such problems as the hollowing out of the major population of construction,the concussion on the traditional virtues in the countryside,the inheritance and inadequate protection of the excellent traditional moral and cultural resources in the countryside,and the reasons for these problems.This paper traces back to the historical origin of the rule virtue in China,clarifies the realistic implication and important role of the rule virtue in the current rural civilization construction in China,and advances some paths for realizing the rule of virtue in the rural civilization construction in the new era.
