摘要
目的:探讨护理专业大学生述情障碍不同成分与认知情绪调节策略间的关系。方法:使用多伦多述情障碍量表与认知情绪调节问卷对山东省某三所高校的1611名护理专业大学生进行调查。使用R 4.0.0软件进行网络模型的估计及相关指标计算。结果:灾难化为网络中中心性最强的节点,其次是积极重新评价、沉思与重新关注计划;在述情障碍组中,外向型思维与认知情绪调节策略桥关联程度最高;在认知情绪调节策略组中,沉思与述情障碍桥关联程度最高。结论:述情障碍是通过与沉思的关系影响了个体的认知情绪调节,且多种认知情绪调节策略之间存在相互作用。
Objective: To explore the relationship between different factors of alexithymia and cognitive emotion regulation strategies in nursing college students. Methods: The Toronto Alexithymia Scale and Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire were used to investigate 1611 nursing college students in three universities in Shandong Province. R 4.0.0 software was used for network model estimation and related index calculation. Results: The centrality node in the network is catastrophizing, followed by positive reappraisal, rumination and refocusing on planning. In alexithymia group, externally oriented thinking style had the highest bridge associations with cognitive emotion regulation strategies. In the cognitive emotion regulation strategies group, rumination had the highest bridge associations with alexithymia. Conclusion: Alexithymia affects the individual’s cognitive emotional regulation through its relationship with rumination, and a variety of cognitive emotional regulation strategies interact with each other.
