摘要
目的:探讨父母拒绝对中学生抑郁的影响机制。方法:使用父母教养方式量表中的父母拒绝分量表、青少年回避与融合问卷、自尊量表和青少年自评量表中的抑郁分量表对山东、湖南、贵州三省3所中学1058名中学生进行调查。结果:①父母拒绝正向预测中学生抑郁;②自尊是父母拒绝与中学生抑郁之间的中介变量;③心理僵化是父母拒绝和中学生抑郁之间的中介变量;④自尊和心理僵化在父母拒绝和中学生抑郁之间起链式中介作用。结论:父母拒绝教养方式通过降低中学生的自尊,增加其心理僵化程度,进而增加中学生抑郁。
Objective: To explore how parental rejection affected depression in middle school students. Methods: A total of 1,058 middle school students from three middle schools in Shandong, Hunan and Guizhou were surveyed using the Parental Rejection Subscales of the S-EMBU-C, AFQ-Y8, RSES and the Depression Subscales of the Youth Self-Report. Results:①Parental rejection had a positive effect on middle school students’ depression.②Self-esteem mediated the effect of parental rejection and depression;③Psychological inflexibility mediated the effect of parental rejection and depression;④Psychological inflexibility and self-esteem played a chain mediating effect between parental rejection and depression.Conclusion: Parental rejection will increase the depression of middle school students by reducing their self-esteem and increasing their psychological inflexibility.
