摘要
目的:考察心理资本和职业探索在父母支持对大学生生涯适应力影响中的链式中介作用。方法:采用父母支持量表、心理资本量表、职业探索量表和生涯适应力量表对617名大学生施测。结果:①心理资本是父母支持与大学生生涯适应力之间的中介变量;②职业探索是心理资本与大学生生涯适应力之间的中介变量;③职业探索是父母支持和大学生生涯适应力之间的中介变量。结论:心理资本和职业探索在父母支持和大学生生涯适应力之间起链式中介效应。
Objective: To explore the mediating effect of psychological capital and career exploration between parental support and career adaptability in college students. Methods: Totally 617 college students were recruited in the study to complete parental support scale, psychological capital scale, career exploration scale and career adaptability scale. Results:①Psychological capital mediated the effect of parental support on college students’ career adaptability;②Career exploration mediated the effect of psychological capital on college students’ career adaptability;③Career exploration mediated the effect of parental support on college students’ career adaptability. Conclusion: Psychological capital and career exploration played a chain mediated effect between parental support and college students’ career adaptability.
