青蒿素及其衍生物在皮肤病中的研究进展

青蒿素及其衍生物是一类广泛应用于临床的抗疟药物,其安全、高效。近年来国.内外学者对青蒿素类药物的潜在效应进行了广泛研究,发现除抗疟作用外,还具有抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抗寄生虫、抗炎、免疫抑制等效应。目前有研究发现青蒿素及其衍生物在治疗皮肤疾病中也具有显著疗效,该文将其在皮肤科的应用进行综述。

Artemisinin and its derivatives are a class of antimalarial drugs which are widely used in clinical, with the characteristics of safety and efficient. In addition to the antimalarial action, in recent years, scholars at home and abroad have done lots of researches for the potential effect of the drugs, finding that artemisinin and its derivatives have antitumor, antiviral, anti-parasite, anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive effects. Currently, studies have showed that artemisinin and its derivatives are also effective for some kinds of the skin diseases. Here is the summery of its potential roles in the treatment of skin diseases.
