三七活血接骨胶囊治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床效果

Clinical effect of Sanqi Huoxue Jiegu Capsules in the treatment of distal radius fractures

目的探讨桡骨远端骨折(DRF)患者应用三七活血接骨胶囊治疗的临床效果。方法选取2019年4月—2020年6月于南昌市洪都中医院就诊的70例DRF患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组各35例。对照组患者行手法复位小夹板外固定术治疗,观察组患者在此基础上加三七活血接骨胶囊治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、腕关节功能、疼痛程度、肿胀程度及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的临床总有效率(94.29%)高于对照组(74.29%),腕关节功能优良率(88.57%)高于对照组(68.57%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的腕部肿胀程度评分为(0.55±0.24)分,疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)为(1.72±0.14)分,低于对照组的(0.98±0.27)、(2.04±0.20)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症总发生率(5.71%)低于对照组(22.86%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论DRF患者应用三七活血接骨胶囊治疗,能缓解患肢肿胀和疼痛程度,降低并发症发生率,促进腕关节功能恢复,利于加速患者的康复进程。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Sanqi Huoxue Jiegu Capsules in the treatment of patients with distal radius fracture(DRF).Methods A total of 70 DRF patients treated in Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Nanchang City from April 2019 to June 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 35 patients in each group.The control group was treated with manual reduction and small splint external fixation,and the observation group was treated with Sanqi Huoxue Jiegu Capsules on this basis.The clinical efficacy,wrist function,pain degree,swelling degree and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of observation group(94.29%)was higher than that of control group(74.29%),and the rate of excellent and good of wrist function in observation group(88.57%)was higher than that of control group(68.57%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the wrist swelling score and pain visual analogue scale(VAS)of the observation group were(0.55±0.24)and(1.72±0.14)points,which were lower than those of the control group of(0.98±0.27)and(2.04±0.20)points,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group(5.71%)was lower than that in the control group(22.86%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of DRF patients with Sanqi Huoxue Jiegu Capsules can relieve the swelling and pain of the affected limbs,reduce the incidence of complications,promote the recovery of wrist joint function,and accelerate the recovery process of the patients.
