摘要
目的:比较XP-endo Shaper(XPS)和ProTaper Next(PTN)预备弯曲根管后根管内硬组织碎屑清理效果和根尖碎屑推出量的差异。方法:收集根尖发育完全、未行根管治疗的恒磨牙。选择弯曲度为25°~40°的独立根管32个,随机分为2组,分别使用XPS和PTN进行根管预备。用EP管收集推出根尖孔的碎屑,比较两组器械的根尖碎屑推出量。用显微CT分析预备前后根管图像,计算根管全长及根尖1/3的根管内硬组织碎屑体积比。结果:两种器械预备后根管内残留的硬组织碎屑无显著差异(P>0.05)。PTN组碎屑推出量显著高于XPS组(P<0.05)。结论:XPS和PTN均能有效地清除弯曲根管内硬组织碎屑,XPS在预备过程中较PTN推出根尖孔的碎屑量更少。
Objective:To compare removal efficacy of intral-canal hard tissue debris and amount of apically extruded debris of XP-endo Shaper(XPS)and ProTaper Next(PTN)in curved root canals.Methods:Extracted permanent molars with complete tooth structure and without endodontic treatment were collected.Thirty-two independent canals with curvature ranging from 25° to 40° were selected and randomly assigned into two groups, prepared by XPS and PTN respectively.Debris extruded apically was collected with EP tubes and then compared.Micro-CT was used to analyze pre-and post-operative images of root canals and calculate volumetric percentage of accumulated hard tissue debris in relation to the volume of total root canal and apical thirds.Results:XPS and PTN were found to present similar intracanal hard-tissue debris accumulation(P>0.05).PTN had significantly more apical debris extrusion than XPS(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both XPS and PTN can effectively remove hard-tissue debris in curved root canals while XPS extruded less debris than PTN.
