第二乳磨牙远中颊根过早吸收的发生率及其影响因素分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察第二乳磨牙远中颊根过早吸收的现象,并进行相关影响因素分析。方法:回顾性分析第一乳磨牙牙根未发生吸收的我院就诊患儿的口腔CBCT影像。结果:纳入3~9岁的62例患儿(男43例,女19例)共245颗第二乳磨牙,发现11例患儿(17.7%)17颗(6.9%)第二乳磨牙发生牙根吸收;均为上颌远中颊根,且邻近第一恒磨牙完全或部分萌出。第二乳磨牙位置(上颌/下颌)对牙根是否过早吸收的影响最大,多发生于上颌而非下颌,且具有统计学意义。结论:第一恒磨牙的萌出过程可能会导致上颌第二乳磨牙远中颊根过早发生吸收。 Objective:To observe the phenomenon of premature absorption of the distal buccal root of the second primary molars, and to analyze the related influencing factors.Methods:The oral CBCT images of children who had not absorbed the root of the first deciduous molars in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Results:A total of 245 second primary molars from 62 children(43 males and 19 females)aged 3~9 years were included.It was found that 17(6.9%)second primary molars from 11 children(17.7%)had root resorption.They were all located in the upper jaw, all far buccal roots, and the adjacent first permanent molars are completely or partially erupted.The position(upper jaw/lower jaw)of the second primary molars has the greatest influence on the premature root absorption with statistical significance, which mostly occurs in the upper jaw rather than the lower jaw.Conclusion:The eruption of the first permanent molars may lead to premature absorption of the distal buccal root of the maxillary second primary molars.
