众包物流线上平台发展现状及前景分析

Current Situation and Prospect Analysis of Crowdsourcing Logistics Online Platform

在“互联网+”和共享经济的时代背景下,众包物流成为解决物流终端“最后一公里”以及“最后一百米”问题的有效方式,也因此诞生了许多众包物流线上平台。本文首先对传统物流和众包物流在服务模式、业务范围、运营模式等方面作出对比,其次对当今使用率较高的几个众包物流线上平台从上线时间、覆盖范围、业务范围、融资情况、收费情况等进行了全方位的比较,指出了我国众包物流线上平台存在从业者素质参差不齐、用户隐私保护不利、劳资关系不明确等问题,分析了其面临的创新难、烧钱快、缺乏忠实客户和有效监管的困境,并有针对性地提出了建议。

Under the background of"Internet+"and sharing economy,crowdsourcing logistics has become an effective way to solve the problem of"last kilometer"and"last 100 meters"of logistics terminal,and many online platforms of crowdsourcing logistics have been born.Firstly,this paper compares traditional logistics and crowdsourcing logistics in service mode,business scope,operation mode,etc.Then it compares several crowdsourcing logistics online platforms with high utilization rate in all directions,such as on-line time,coverage,business scope,financing situation and charging situation,etc.It points out that the quality of practitioners in crowdsourcing logistics online platform user privacy on crowdsourcing logistics online platform in China and analyzed the difficulties of innovation,quick burning of money,lack of loyal customers and effective supervision,and then puts forward some suggestions.
