高校网络意识形态安全是国家安全的重要组成部分。当前,高校网络意识形态安全面临着来自内外部的风险,表现在网络领导力弱化导致的意识形态引领力缺失、网络多元思潮传播形成的对主流意识形态的解构、网络消极文化扩散造成的青年价值观扭曲等,削弱了马克思主义意识形态在高校网络空间的主导地位。作为立德树人的重要阵地,高校要对网络意识形态风险严加防范,建立网络意识形态监测与预警、教育与引导、治理与稳固的安全机制,确保马克思主义意识形态在高校网络空间的凝聚力和引领力。

The network ideological security of colleges and universities is an important part of national security.At present,the network ideological security of universities is faced with internal and external risks,which are manifested in the lack of ideological leading force caused by the weakening of network leadership,the deconstruction of mainstream ideology formed by the spread of multiple network ideological trends,and the distortion of youth values caused by the spread of negative network culture,which weakens the leading position of Marxist ideology in the network space of universities.As an important position of moral education,colleges and universities should strictly guard against the risk of network ideology,establish a security mechanism of network ideology consisted of monitoring and early warning of ideology risks,educating and guiding of college students,governing and stabilizing of ideology situation,so as to ensure the cohesion and leading force of Marxist ideology in the network space of colleges and universities.
