江苏省民办高职院校人文社科科研绩效分析--基于数据包络分析法

Performance Analysis on Humanities and Social Sciences Research in Private Higher Vocational Colleges in Jiangsu Province--Based on the Method of Data Envelopment Analysis

以江苏省20所民办高职院校为决策单元,运用数据包络分析法(DEA),采用CCR和BCC模型,对2018—2019年度人文社科科研投入产出的综合效率、纯技术效率、规模效率、规模报酬等作了整体性分析。分析结果表明,目标决策单元总体投入产出效率属于中等,综合效率受资源投入规模影响较大,纯技术效率整体均值较高,存在区域差距和校际差距。7个非DEA有效决策单元普遍存在规模报酬递减的现象,通过投影分析,显示存在资源投入冗余等问题。在此基础上对江苏省民办高职院校人文社科研究能力建设提出建议。

Taking 20 private higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province as the decision-making unit,using CCR and BCC models of data envelopment analysis(DEA),this paper makes an overall analysis of the comprehensive efficiency,pure technical efficiency,scale efficiency and scale reward of the input and output of scientific research of humanities and social sciences from 2018 to 2019.The results show that the overall input-output efficiency of the target decision-making unit is medium,the comprehensive efficiency is greatly affected by the scale of resource input,the overall mean value of pure technical efficiency is high,and there is a regional gap and inter-school gap.Seven non-DEA effective decision-making units generally have the phenomenon of diminishing returns to scale.Through projection analysis,it shows that there are some problems such as resource input redundancy.On this basis,this paper puts forward some thoughts on the construction of Humanities and social sciences research ability of Private Higher Vocational Colleges in Jiangsu Province.
