摘要
采用问卷调查法对365名义务教育段教师进行调查,以考察薪酬制度知觉、工作重塑与职业满意的关系。结果发现:较高比例的教师对薪酬制度、职业满意的评价不够积极,多数教师自评能够在工作中进行工作重塑;薪酬制度知觉与工作重塑、职业满意之间呈正相关,竞争性与回馈性知觉显著预测教师的职业满意;激励性与回馈性知觉显著预测教师的工作重塑;工作重塑在薪酬制度知觉与职业满意之间起部分中介作用。
In order to review the relations among teachers′perception of salary system,job crafting and career satisfaction in compulsory education,a sample of 365 teachers from schools of compulsory education in Anhui province participated in the study.The results showed that:the majority of teachers had a negative evaluation on the salary system and career satisfaction,and the majority of teachers could craft their work;There were positive correlation between perception of salary system,job crafting and career satisfaction,and the competitiveness perception,feedback perception factor had significantly positive predictive effects on teachers′career satisfaction,motivation perception and feedback perception had significantly positive predictive effects on teachers′job crafting;Job crafting played a partial mediating role between perception of salary system and career satisfaction.
