2例肝损伤不良事件病例分析讨论

Analysis and discussion of 2 cases of adverse events of liver injury

目的:通过对中药(包括草药及中成药)引起肝损害病例的分析,对中药引起肝损害的发病机制及防治办法进行探讨。方法:将临床用药时观察到的2例肝损伤进行分析探讨。结果:为了减少肝损伤的发生在使用中药治疗时,不仅要对症、重视中药处方的禁忌、剂量、疗程,还要注意特殊人群用药。妇科疾病使用中药更易引起肝损害。结论:合理应用中药及进一步研究中药的肝毒性是非常必要的。

Objective:Through the analysis of the cases of liver damage caused by traditional Chinese medicine(including herbal medicine and Chinese patent medicine),the pathogenesis and prevention methods of liver damage caused by traditional Chinese medicine were discussed.Method:Two cases of liver injury observed during clinical medication were analyzed and discussed.Result:To reduce the occurrence of liver injury in the use of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,attention should be paid not only to disease,contraindication,dose,course,but also to the use of special population.The use of traditional Chinese medicine for gynecological diseases is more likely to cause liver damage.Conclusion:It is very necessary to rationally use TCM and further study its hepatotoxicity.
