兼容式干预对冠心病患者不良情绪和生活质量的影响

Effects of compatible nursing intervention on the bad mood and life quality of patients with coronary heart disease

目的探讨兼容式护理干预对冠心病患者焦虑抑郁、生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年1~6月收治的冠心病患者129例随机分为观察组(兼容式护理组)64例和对照组(常规护理组)65例。对照组接受常规治疗和护理,观察组在对照组基础上,给予患者心理干预和延续性护理干预等认知行为疗法。干预后应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)、生活质量评估(SF-36)结果作为评价标准,比较入院时和出院后6个月的指标。结果观察组SAS和SDS评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量评分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与常规护理干预比较,兼容式护理干预可有效缓解患者焦虑抑郁情绪,提高生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effects of effects of compatible nursing intervention on the bad mood,depression and anxiety as well as and life quality of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods A total of 129 patients with CHD were randomly divided into observation group(n=64)and control group(n=65).The patients in control group were treated by routine nursing,however,the patients in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated by compatible nursing including psychological intervention and continuous nursing.The anxiety self-assessment scale(SAS)and depression self-assessment scale(SDS),quality of life assessment(SF-36)were used to evaluate the intervention effects,and the indexes on admission and at 6 months after discharge were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Before and after intervention,the SAS scores and SDS scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Moreover,the life quality scores in observation group were superior to those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion As compared with conventional nursing intervention,the compatible nursing intervention can effectively relieve the anxiety and depression emotion,and improve the life quality of patients with CHD.
