摘要
目的探讨睡眠时长与河北省≥35岁非糖尿病人群与糖尿病前期之间的关系,为河北省糖尿病防治策略提供参考依据。方法采用多阶段整群随机抽样的方法,在河北省13个慢性病及其危险因素监测点中抽取调查对象,并进行问卷调查、体格检查及实验室检测。选择其中≥35岁非糖尿病人群,根据睡眠时长,将其分为3组,计数资料进行χ^(2)检验,睡眠时长与糖尿病前期的关系采用多因素logistic回归分析。结果河北省≥35岁非糖尿病人群糖尿病前期患病率为21.89%,每天不同睡眠时长组人群在性别、年龄、文化程度、职业、居住地、身体活动强度、静态行为时间、现在是否吸烟和过去1年是否饮酒水平分布上,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经多因素Logistic回归分析发现,睡眠时长>8 h/d与糖尿病前期患病风险相关(OR=1.22,95%CI:1.01~1.48)。在35~45岁人群中,每日过长时间的睡眠(>8 h/d)患糖尿病前期的风险是睡眠时长适中(6~8 h/d)者的1.76倍(OR=1.76,95%CI:1.09~2.85);每日的静态行为时间达3~4 h,并且睡眠时长过长的话,也会增加患糖尿病前期的风险(OR=1.84,95%CI:1.16~2.92);中等强度身体活动组中,睡眠时长过长者患病的风险是睡眠时长适中者的1.46倍(OR=1.46,95%CI:1.05~2.02)。结论每日过长时间的睡眠(>8 h/d)会增加非糖尿病人群的糖尿病前期患病风险。
Objective To investigate the correlation between sleep duration and prediabetes in non-diabetic residents between sleep duration and prediabetes among non-diabetic residents with age being≥35 years in Hebei province,and to provide the reference for the prevention and treatment of diabetes mellitus.Methods Multi-stage random cluster sampling method was used collect the investigation objects in 13 surveillance points of chronic diseases and risk factors monitoring project in Hebei province.The investigation was performed,including questionnaire,physical examination and biochemical indexes.The non-diabetic residents whose age was≥35 years were divided into three groups according to the length of sleep.And the multivariate Logistic regression model was used to analyze the correlation between sleep duration and prediabetes.Results The prevalence of prediabetes in the non-diabetic residents with age being≥35 years in Hebei province was 21.89%.There were significant differences in gender and age,education level,occupation,place of residence,physical activity,sedentary behavior,current smoking and alcohol consumption among the groups with different duration of sleep(P<0.05).The multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that sleep duration>8h/d was related to the incidence of prediabetes(OR=1.22,95%CI:1.01~1.48).The risk of prediabetes in the long sleep duration group(>8h/d)was 1.76(OR=1.76,95%CI:1.09~2.85)times that of the moderate sleep duration group(6~8h/d)in the subjects(35~45 years of age).The static behaviors were up to 3 to 4 hours/day and long sleep periods were associated with an increased risk of prediabetes(OR=1.84,95%CI:1.16~2.92).The risk of prediabetes in long sleep duration group(>8h/d)was 1.46(OR=1.46,95%CI:1.05~2.02)times that of the moderate sleep duration group(6~8h/d)in moderate physical activity group.Conclusion The sleep duration>8 hours/day may increase the risk of suffering from prediabetes in non-diabetic residents.
