摘要
为探讨黏膜免疫剂"巴波净"对家兔肺炎的控制效果,选择一个处于发病期的兔场,将兔群随机分为两组。试验组按照1瓶(25 g)巴波净溶于250 m L纯净水中,用微型喷雾器均匀喷洒于25 kg基础颗粒饲料表面,然后再次搅拌均匀,供800只试验组兔在3 h之内采食完,连续5 d。对照组全程饲喂基础日粮。结果表明:试验前5 d,试验组日死亡率4.00‰,对照组为4.06‰,差异不显著(P>0.05);试验后10 d,试验组很快控制了病情,日死亡率为0.61‰,对照组日死亡率4.93‰,差异极显著(P<0.01)。结论:通过向饲料表面喷雾的方式让家兔采食黏膜免疫剂"巴波净",对于发病期兔呼吸道疾病的快速控制有良好效果,为防控家兔呼吸道疾病提供了一条有效途径。
In order to explore the effects of mucosal immunization agent"Babojing"on the control of pneumonia in rabbits,a rabbit farm at the onset period was selected and the rabbit population was randomly divided into two groups.In the test group,1 bottle(25 g)of Babrogin was dissolved in 250 mL of purified water,sprayed evenly on the surface of 25 kg of basic pellet feed with a micro sprayer,and then stirred evenly again for 800 rabbits in the test group to consume within 3 hours.The control group was fed the basal diet throughout the whole course.The results showed that:5 days before the daily mortality rate of the test group was 4.00‰,and the control group was 4.06‰,the difference was not significant(P>0.05);10 days after the test group quickly controlled the disease,with a daily mortality rate of 0.61‰,and the daily mortality rate of the group was 4.93‰,the difference was extremely significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:By spraying the mucosal immune agent balbonet to feed the rabbits,it has a good effect on the rapid control of respiratory diseases in rabbits during the diseased period.It provides an effective way to prevent and control respiratory diseases in rabbits.
